hang mousepointer, when changing tabs

When I have multiple non trivial tabs open, and I change from one to the next,but while doing so, i click and drag the tab quickly:

- this changes the mousecursor to the one that is used to move the tab,

- the cursor is not set back to normal.

with that cursor you can not click anything anymore, in codebocks or beyond. restarting codeblocks with the keyboard (fluxbox), or when in xgl/beryl restarting beryl fixes this.

I trigger this by accident quite often.

codeblocks version: svn 3811

rest of the packages should be "stable" gentoo portage's versions for x86

reproducible: often

steps to reproduce:

1. open multiple tabs

2. click another tab, and while clicking drag for a short period of time.

(i couldn't find any similar bugs)
