Menu accelerator does not work properly

After modifying the contents of a file, pressing Alt+F and then S (for Save), the menu option for "Save project as user template..." is highlighted. Since the underscore is under the 'S' character for the "Save" option (it is not disabled), pressing the S key should save the file. Other accelerator keys seem to work.
