Incorrect tab activation after closing a tab

If I close a tab, I'd like to return to the tab I used before (like if I pressed Ctrl+Tab before closing the tab), not just the rightmost tab.

Also, after closing the tab, Ctrl+Tab works incorrectly.

For example, I have 5 tabs, and I stay in tab 2, and I use 'Find Definition', which opens a new tab 6.

Then I close the tab 6.

It should return to the tab 2, but it shows tab 5.

More, if I press Ctrl+Tab while staying in tab 5, it will go to the tab 1 instead of tab 2.
