cursor color and console font size can't be changed

These are rather minor annoyances, but somewhat annoying nevertheless ...

1.

Using a black background for the Code::Blocks editor, I haven't come across any means to change the text cursor color from black, rendering the text cursor invisible.

Maybe add another color chooser for the cursor to the syntax highlighting section?

2.

At 1400x1050, the console output is rather hard to read due to the small font.

It would be nice just to be able to chose the font size.
