Focus Editor hotkey prevents input of certain characters
Focus Editor hotkey in CodeBlocks SVN 3816 is set to Ctrl+Alt+E. This prevents the user from entering certain non-ASCII characters, i.e. Polish "ę". It should be Ctrl+Shift+E or something like that.

This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
