cb automatic build from commandline

Under windows, there's no way to specifiy that CB should not open a window (and place it in the tray) and rather output to stdout.

Using a MSYS shell, i'ld like an option (or rather it be default behavior) for a line such as

codeblocks.exe --build src/CodeBlocks.cbp

to output to stdout.
