ToDo list is too big
Please, could you reduce minimum dimensions for this window? I'd like to have less than it's allowed now (it eats too much space, for example it shows minimum 7 entries, while for me it's enough to see just three (or even one), also it's minimum width is too big so I can't dock it to left/right side: too wide).

Bug confirmed. I tried it and it's just as you say. I'll see what I can do.
I submitted a patch to fix this bug. Additionally, it gives you the option to put the ToDo list in the messages pane (accessible through the settings dialog)

Thanks, it partially works now.
But the problem remains.
For example, I drop it to the lower left corner below all left stuff like Management and Open file list - it resizes all left panes to it's usual size and prevents to make it smaller in horizontal direction, but is OK in vertical.
The same at the bottom line.
In general, when I try to resize it using it's right or bottom side - it doesn't resize smaller than before. But if I resize it by resizing other panes that are above of to the left from ToDo list - it resizes OK.
