Save Project Save disabled after changed Build Opetions
When making a change in Build Options, the only way to save it is to close the project and reopen it. The Project Save menu item is alway disabled.

It works for me. I'm using Rev 3789, Win XP SP2.
If there are multiple projects in Workspace and you're changing build settings of an inactive project, then *File* menu will not reflect the changes. But once you activate the changed project, *File* menu will be changed.
Try with a latest nightly.
