File modified outside the ide on DST change
I forgot the app open yesterday night. And in the morning a prompt for reloading a file modified outside the ide was waiting for me. Strange. No actual diffs. Only after I saw that each and every loaded file was flagged as modified I realized what happened.
Yes, I know the Windows is broken [also] in this respect...

I noticed this too (as I happened to work on a project at the time) but I could hardly call this a bug...

It is not a high priority bug, but it is. It says the file changed when that's not true. IMHO, CodeBlocks should either say that the timestamp changed, or do a binary comparison to check if reloading makes sense.
