not able to load empty workspaces
Something goes wrong If I try to open an empty workspace like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>
<CodeBlocks_workspace_file>
<Workspace title="BF workspace" />
</CodeBlocks_workspace_file>
I open it and nothing changed. workspace name does not change. No error message or things like that.
I use the nightly builds.

That's the expected behavior. If there is any valid reason to open a workspace w/out any projects in it, please file a feature request.
