Scroll buttons not working

The buttons to scroll through the current open files (right next to the tabs of the current opened files in the editor) are not working for me.

Usually the one available to be pressed should be colored black and then you can press it to go to the previous / next file.

I'm using Code::Blocks SVN build 3722, wx2.6.3u.

This one should be placed in the Application:Interface category, I accidentally submitted the form and then saw I still left out the category to fill in.

Sorry for wasting your time, there is no bug. I thought these buttons should always work but I just discovered they started working only when there are too many files opened to fit them all. My bad.
