windows, breakpoints in library code

i got workspace with 2 projects , one is a dynamic library and the second one is app using that library

while settings breakpoints in the library code i get

breakpoint doesn't get selected

after clicking 'continue' program crashes with segfault

debugging works as expected only with non-library code
