File Missing: manifest_template.xml

In the Linuy svn 3539 built (and several nightlies before) the file

./share/codeblocks/templates/wizard/plugins/templates/manifest_template.xml

is missing.

The error pops up when I try to generate a new C::B plugin project with the project wizard and select "Tool".
