src/CodeBlock.cbp: Pls Remove contrib\include dir

I kindly ask for removal of line 469 in src/CodeBlocks.cbp:

<Add directory="$(#WX)\contrib\include" />

1)

It's not needed: the CB sources are self-contained.

2)

It breaks CB-Build process, if any library is installed there, which is also used inside CB.

For example: wxPropertyGrid goes with an installer (for msw), that installs into $WX/contrib.
