Hanging with compilergcc plugin

Using Code::Blocks rev 2489, on Ubuntu 6.10 (Edgy Eft) I'm getting:

(codeblocks:10035): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_window_realize_icon: assertion `info->icon_pixmap == NULL' failed

I get the option of choosing compiler, but hangs shortly after I click Ok.

This does not happen if I don't install the compilergcc plugin
